Traditional Worship Service happens in the Sanctuary at 9:00am.  

We often sing the traditional hymns of the church with dynamic organ accompaniment. Our choir brings a bold and spirited offering to this service. Most Sundays we pray the Lord’s Prayer and sing the Doxology. We do this with our hearts turned toward God who is the foundation of our faith. The message is always based on the timeless truths of God, but presented in a relevant, authentic, practical way for today. Enjoy the timeless beauty of our Sanctuary, but be prepared to meet the living Spirit of Jesus!

 

Contemporary Worship happens at 10:30am on Sunday mornings in the BFLC/Gym. 

Contemporary worship includes more modern music, and a team of singers with drums, guitars, keyboards and other instruments. We have large screens to project the words to the music, announcements, and message notes. They are projected on the screen to help us not only hear with our ears, but see with our eyes. The setting is casual but the mood is exciting and anticipatory. Our prayer time provides opportunities to pray for one another, or to receive prayer from our prayer team members. The same timeless truths of the Scripture are presented in an authentic, life changing way. We praise, we pray, we promote the love, compassion, and excitement of the God of this contemporary age who is the same yesterday, today and forever. If you are young or older, if you've been a Christian for a long time or want to know Him for the first time, come and see that the Lord is good!

 

Have kids?

We have a nursery for infants to 3-year-olds with experienced staff is ready to help serve you and play with your little ones while you worship.  All staff members in the nursery have background checks. Stop in and visit! Nursery is available from 8:45am to the end of service on the first floor. 

For the 10:30am, please check-in your kid(s) at the BFLC Welcome Center for KICK (age 3 years old to 4th grade). They will start out in the Burnside Family Life Center and then be dismissed to Sunday School at 10:45am to their specific classrooms. Pick up is in their classrooms. Have youth?

For the 10:30am service, 5th and 6th graders have Sunday School each week (except the first of the month where they will worship with everyone) in room 244-245.
